What extensions are accepted for slicing web pages?
The most common extensions are accepted: PSD, PNG, AI, etc.
What is the turnaround time for slicing a project?
A minimum of 4 days is needed for each project that we're going to work on. A fixed date is given after we discuss all the details.
Why do you support Internet Explorer 6 only on request?
As the market share for Internet Explorer 6 is decreasing rapidly and due to multiple bugs and limitations, we recommend to all our partners to stop supporting Internet Explorer 6.
Artmov will send a detailed report on what can be done in IE6 and what not and what we strongly recommend based on the project's layout requirements sent, if the support for Internet Explorer 6 is requested.
As such, depending on project's requirements, we will recommend various fixes to be applied only for Internet Explorer 6 to ensure a better support - This will not affect the major browsers
What browsers do you support?
The major browsers are supported and all project are tested in: Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome. Internet Explorer 6 support is added on request.
